From my previous post, you can get a brief grasp of the genre of music I would like to venture into. The indie rock element is what I would like to base my video around, more specifically an Arctic Monkeys or Alex Turner song.
Below are a couple of examples of their music videos.
This music video is to a song from the first album. The song being about a prostitute in Sheffield who is being exploited by a 'scummy man'.
The music video aims to tell a raw, hard-hitting story. The vocals, of Alex Turner, that accompany the music are also quite raw and edgy which adds to the whole semantic.

Arctic Monkeys - Brianstorm
This music video is to a song from the second album , Favourite Worst Nightmare. This music features the band in a warehouse type space with big lights and shadows, dancers and interesting graphics. This shows a very different type of video to the one seen above.
